This site is informational: it presents the humanitarian work of the International Medical Committee (IMC), the medical committee of the World Organization for Peace (WOFP), and offers contact channels for institutional partnerships and for health professionals interested in collaborating. The site does not collect donations or process payments.

8. Donations and volunteering
This site does not collect donations, process payments or run a volunteer program. Requests for institutional partnerships or professional collaboration made through the site’s contact links are handled individually, by email or phone, with the IMC team. Any financial or collaboration commitment is formalized outside this site, as agreed directly with the team. If formal donation channels are introduced in the future, these terms will be updated.
9. This site does not replace emergency medical care
This site does not provide direct medical care, diagnosis or individual medical advice, and contacting us through it does not guarantee an evaluation or a response to any particular request. If you or someone near you is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately (for example, 911 in the United States, or your country’s emergency number).
10. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, United States, home to the contact office listed on this site, without prejudice to other rules that may apply under your jurisdiction. Any dispute related to this site that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, United States.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post any changes on this same page along with the last-updated date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
